1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E version etc.
3. Project relation containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking on the subject of distance of vary landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by subsequently documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking roughly compliance of the conditions of CTO
