Following Documents are required to be submitted bearing in mind the department for the target of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E financial credit etc.
- Project explanation containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking re distance of rotate landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically as soon as the concerned department along subsequently appropriate challan and then a visceral copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued single-handedly after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a become old of 30 days.
Application for assent of CTO must be accompanied by behind documents
- KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking going concerning for compliance of the conditions of CTO
