- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E bill etc.
- Project relation containing detailed cost and new details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking going more or less for distance of swap landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued solitary after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.
Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by following documents
- KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
