7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically bearing in mind the concerned department along past appropriate challan and after that a monster copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued and no-one else after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.

Application for enter upon of CTO must be accompanied by later than documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approximately compliance of the conditions of CTO
