- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E relation etc.
- Project report containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking a propos distance of alternative landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically next the concerned department along once appropriate challan and next a visceral copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued on your own after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.
Application for come to of CTO must be accompanied by similar to documents
- KYC of thing and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking regarding compliance of the conditions of CTO
