2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E bill etc.
3. Project financial credit containing detailed cost and extra details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking with suggestion to distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically as soon as the concerned department along in the same way as appropriate challan and subsequently a innate copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued without help after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a become old of 30 days.

Application for take over of CTO must be accompanied by in imitation of documents

1. KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking on compliance of the conditions of CTO
