1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E report etc.
3. Project checking account containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking more or less distance of interchange landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically taking into account the concerned department along taking into consideration appropriate challan and next a bodily copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued unaccompanied after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by later documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking just about compliance of the conditions of CTO
