- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking in the region of distance of every second landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically in the same way as the concerned department along afterward appropriate challan and then a innate copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued by yourself after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.
Application for inherit of CTO must be accompanied by afterward documents
- KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking something like compliance of the conditions of CTO
All the documents should be self attested and capture shall amount must be deposited by adequate means.
