5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking vis-а-vis distance of every other landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically once the concerned department along following appropriate challan and subsequently a brute copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued lonesome after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a become old of 30 days.

Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by subsequent to documents

1. KYC of thing and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in financial credit to compliance of the conditions of CTO
