- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking regarding distance of swing landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically following the concerned department along bearing in mind appropriate challan and subsequently a bodily copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a times of 30 days.
Application for agree of CTO must be accompanied by like documents
- KYC of event and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking as regards compliance of the conditions of CTO
