1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E credit etc.
3. Project credit containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking a propos distance of different landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically afterward the concerned department along in the tone of appropriate challan and subsequently a living thing copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued forlorn after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.

Application for ascend of CTO must be accompanied by like documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approximately compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and occupy shall amount must be deposited by suitable means.
