Following Documents are required to be submitted afterward the department for the aspiration of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E savings account etc.
3. Project story containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking regarding distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically later than the concerned department along in the broadcast of appropriate challan and then a swine copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued unaided after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.

Application for inherit of CTO must be accompanied by past documents

1. KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in this area compliance of the conditions of CTO
