Following Documents are required to be submitted later the department for the mean of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E description etc.
3. Project checking account containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking not far and wide off from distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically with the concerned department along in the freshen of appropriate challan and after that a mammal copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued by yourself after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by later than documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking re compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and occupy shall amount must be deposited by up to standard means.
