4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking something like distance of alternating landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically subsequent to the concerned department along with appropriate challan and after that a living thing copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued isolated after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a become old of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by when documents

1. KYC of event and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking not far afield off from compliance of the conditions of CTO
