4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map

7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued by yourself after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a times of 30 days.

Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by like documents

1. KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking on compliance of the conditions of CTO
