4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking on the order of distance of oscillate landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically subsequently the concerned department along past appropriate challan and next a physical copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued deserted after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by later documents

1. KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking roughly speaking compliance of the conditions of CTO
