- Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued abandoned after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.
Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by in the reveal of documents
- KYC of event and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking regarding compliance of the conditions of CTO
