Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted bearing in mind the department for the object of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E bank account etc.
3. Project story containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking approaching distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically afterward the concerned department along subsequently appropriate challan and subsequently a brute copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued unaided after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.

Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by in the atmosphere of documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking with insinuation to compliance of the conditions of CTO
