- Coy of Environmental Clearance.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.
Application for inherit of CTO must be accompanied by taking into consideration documents
- KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking not far away off from compliance of the conditions of CTO
