1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E checking account etc.
3. Project relation containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking nearly distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically similar to the concerned department along next appropriate challan and then a mammal copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by following documents

1. KYC of thing and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking roughly compliance of the conditions of CTO
