- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E description etc.
- Project relation containing detailed cost and new details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking approximately distance of swing landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically later the concerned department along when appropriate challan and then a living thing copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued without help after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.
Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by taking into consideration documents
- KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking a propos compliance of the conditions of CTO
All the documents should be self attested and appropriate shall amount must be deposited by good enough means.
