INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION LICENSE CONSULTANT
Pollution License is required by all industry in force in manufacturing, storage, marketing, packaging and repackaging of goods whether or not for human or animal consumption having dispatch link like the external environment. Following Documents are required to be submitted considering the department for the seek of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E credit etc.
- Project credit containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking a propos distance of every second landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically like the concerned department along in the tune of appropriate challan and later a creature copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued isolated after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.
Application for enter upon of CTO must be accompanied by taking into consideration documents
- KYC of business and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking in this area compliance of the conditions of CTO
All the documents should be self attested and capture shall amount must be deposited by customary means.
