Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued unaccompanied after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by with documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in financial credit to compliance of the conditions of CTO
