- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E savings account etc.
- Project version containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking roughly speaking distance of every second landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically in imitation of the concerned department along like appropriate challan and next a innate copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.
Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by as soon as documents
- KYC of event and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking with citation to compliance of the conditions of CTO
