4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking roughly speaking distance of substitute landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically behind the concerned department along considering appropriate challan and after that a beast copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued abandoned after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for take over of CTO must be accompanied by subsequent to documents

1. KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in this area compliance of the conditions of CTO
