Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued unaccompanied after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for enter upon of CTO must be accompanied by considering documents

  1. KYC of event and Authorized Representative
  2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
  3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
  4. Undertaking vis-а-vis compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and take possession of shall amount must be deposited by conventional means.
