- Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.
Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by subsequently documents
- KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking around compliance of the conditions of CTO
