TYPES OF REGISTRATION UNDER RERA
- Project Registration
Every builder/developer must since making any public personal ad and receiving any child maintenance shall get its project registered taking into consideration RERA. Documents Required for Project Registration under RERA:
- PAN card of the promoter;

- Copy of the legitimate title realization reflecting the title of the promoter to the land;
- Details of encumbrances on the land upon which evolve is proposed including details of any rights, title, interest, dues, litigation and publish of party in or higher than such estate along afterward details;
- Where the supporter is not the owner of the land on which evolve is proposed details of the comply of the owner of the land along behind a copy of the agreement;

- Photograph of the real estate agent if he is an individual and the photograph of the partners, directors, etc., in battle of additional entities;
- Authenticated copy of the PAN Card;
- Income tax returns filed below the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Central Act 43 of 1961) for three financial years preceding the application or in engagement the applicant was exempted from filing returns below the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for any of the three years preceding the application, a announcement to such effect;
- Authenticated copy of the dwelling proof of the place of business; and such other information and documents, as may be specified by the Authority in regulations.
- Complaint Registration

TIME REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING REGISTRATION
