TYPES OF REGISTRATION UNDER RERA
- Project Registration
Every builder/developer must previously making any public classified ad and receiving any maintenance shall gain its project registered as soon as RERA. Documents Required for Project Registration under RERA:

- Copy of the authentic title achievement reflecting the title of the advocate to the land;
- Details of encumbrances on the land on which progress is proposed including details of any rights, title, interest, dues, litigation and state of party in or exceeding such land along in the way of being of details;
- Where the advocate is not the owner of the land upon which loan is proposed details of the consent of the owner of the land along afterward a copy of the agreement;
