When a trademark is under objection its status changes to OBJECTED on the portal. An assay Report is issued online containing details of such objection. An objection is a query raised by the department citing the fact that why according to department it is valuable to not allow registration to the said trademark.

When a trademark status changes to Objected and examination balance is issued after that it is critical to file a formal Answer with the department within 30days of issuance of examination checking account otherwise the application shall be considered abandoned.
