- Copy of acknowledgement usual from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
- Address Proof (1) Business Licence (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
- Demand Draft subsequent to photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
- If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
- FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN East Singhbhum

- Submit Product for psychoanalysis at BIS approved lab
- Pay improvement online or through a dd
- Submit online application in Form V and come by a copy of such form after thriving submission
- Submit all the documents in hard copy along following duly signed Form V subsequent to the department
- Department shall conduct a site visit
- Issuance of ISI Certificate.
