DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Hathidah:

• Copy of acknowledgement time-honored from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
• Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
• Demand Draft in the same way as photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
• If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
• FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
• Undertaking

1. a) For Test report
2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Hathidah

1. Check whether or not your product falls below compulsory registration list
2. Submit Product for assay at BIS attributed lab
3. Pay encroachment online or through a dd
4. Submit online application in Form V and come by a copy of such form after well-to-do submission
5. Submit everything the documents in hard copy along taking into consideration duly signed Form V next the department
6. Department shall conduct a site visit
7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
