• Copy of acknowledgement received from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
• Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
• Demand Draft taking into consideration photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
• If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
• FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
• Undertaking

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Itki Ranchi

2. Submit Product for study at BIS attributed lab
3. Pay move ahead online or through a dd
4. Submit online application in Form V and come by a copy of such form after wealthy submission
5. Submit whatever the documents in difficult copy along in imitation of duly signed Form V in imitation of the department
6. Department shall conduct a site visit
7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
