DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Lower Bazaar:

• Copy of acknowledgement conventional from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
• Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
• Demand Draft as soon as photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
• If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
• FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
• Undertaking

1. a) For Test report
2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Lower Bazaar

1. Check whether or not your product falls under compulsory registration list
2. Submit Product for assay at BIS recognized lab
3. Pay expand online or through a dd
4. Submit online application in Form V and get grip of a copy of such form after rich submission
5. Submit anything the documents in hard copy along behind duly signed Form V considering the department
6. Department shall conduct a site visit
7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
