1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E report etc.
3. Project financial credit containing detailed cost and supplementary details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking approximately distance of substitute landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically later than the concerned department along similar to appropriate challan and later a living thing copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued by yourself after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.

Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by like documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking not far-off off from compliance of the conditions of CTO
