2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E credit etc.
3. Project financial credit containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking all but distance of vary landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically in the same way as the concerned department along taking into account appropriate challan and next a bodily copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.

Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by similar to documents

1. KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking something like compliance of the conditions of CTO
