Following Documents are required to be submitted later the department for the object of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E version etc.
3. Project bill containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking as regards distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically when the concerned department along like appropriate challan and next a mammal copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued without help after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.

Application for ascend of CTO must be accompanied by in the same way as documents

1. KYC of thing and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking vis-а-vis compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and take control of shall amount must be deposited by suitable means.
