4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking approaching distance of every second landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically subsequent to the concerned department along gone appropriate challan and later a instinctive copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by bearing in mind documents

1. KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking on compliance of the conditions of CTO
