5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking in savings account to distance of every second landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically past the concerned department along in the flavor of appropriate challan and later a brute copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.

Application for agree of CTO must be accompanied by bearing in mind documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in credit to compliance of the conditions of CTO
