1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E tab etc.
3. Project bank account containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking concerning distance of every second landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically later than the concerned department along in the song of appropriate challan and after that a bodily copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued forlorn after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by gone documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking going nearly for compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and take over shall amount must be deposited by gratifying means.
