4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking in the region of distance of stand-in landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically behind the concerned department along as soon as appropriate challan and next a physical copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued isolated after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by in the same way as documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking on the subject of compliance of the conditions of CTO
