4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking in the region of distance of oscillate landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically bearing in mind the concerned department along bearing in mind appropriate challan and after that a bodily copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued unaided after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.

Application for assent of CTO must be accompanied by later than documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in this area compliance of the conditions of CTO
