Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued deserted after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for succeed to of CTO must be accompanied by afterward documents

1. KYC of event and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking roughly speaking compliance of the conditions of CTO
