7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued unaided after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a epoch of 30 days.

Application for agree of CTO must be accompanied by taking into account documents

1. KYC of thing and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in this area compliance of the conditions of CTO
