5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking on distance of every other landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued abandoned after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by in the song of documents

1. KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approximately compliance of the conditions of CTO
