INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION LICENSE CONSULTANT

Pollution License is required by all industry working in manufacturing, storage, marketing, packaging and repackaging of goods whether or not for human or animal consumption having dispatch link similar to the uncovered environment. Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted with the department for the direct of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E description etc.
3. Project version containing detailed cost and supplementary details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking all but distance of swap landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically next the concerned department along afterward appropriate challan and next a brute copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued without help after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a times of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by subsequently documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking a propos compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and appropriate shall amount must be deposited by all right means.
