Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted later than the department for the objective of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E story etc.
3. Project description containing detailed cost and extra details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking roughly distance of every other landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically in imitation of the concerned department along taking into consideration appropriate challan and subsequently a swine copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued deserted after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for agree of CTO must be accompanied by subsequent to documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approximately compliance of the conditions of CTO
