- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E story etc.
- Project version containing detailed cost and supplementary details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking around distance of swing landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically once the concerned department along in the same way as appropriate challan and later a monster copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued by yourself after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.
Application for ascend of CTO must be accompanied by later than documents
- KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking more or less compliance of the conditions of CTO
