5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking roughly distance of swap landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically following the concerned department along behind appropriate challan and subsequently a subconscious copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.

Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by following documents

1. KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking roughly compliance of the conditions of CTO
