Following Documents are required to be submitted subsequently the department for the point of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E tab etc.
3. Project report containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking roughly speaking distance of rotate landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically subsequently the concerned department along behind appropriate challan and subsequently a inborn copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued single-handedly after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a times of 30 days.

Application for take over of CTO must be accompanied by taking into consideration documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking around compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and seize shall amount must be deposited by gratifying means.
